As new residents call the Village of Pender home, we provide a new resident packet. The information included within that packet can be found below. Additionally, general community information for the Village of Pender can also be found here. For residents who are moving into town, or relocating to another property within Pender, please contact the Village to obtain the proper paperwork is completed and utilities are properly transferred.
ATVs, UTVs, and golf cars are permited for the use within city limits. However, permits for all ATV, UTV, and golf cars are required. The permit application, as well as city ordinances for the use of these vehicles can be found below.
